Declaration By The Candidate:
I do hereby promise to abide by all the rules & regulations written below now enforced and those to be made from time to time by the PIMTC, Delhi.

Rules:
1. Programming and guidance fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances in any other course.
2. We only guide the candidates for getting correspondence and private admission in different class/courses and educational programs conducted various indian/ foreign institutions
3. 2 Xerox copies of mark sheets & certificates in proof of all examination passed along with 3 passport sized photos should be attached.
4. The application form along with the bank draft should be sent to the institute through courier/speed post.
5. For more than one application xerox copy of this application proforma can be used.
6. If a student gives a false declaration or produces false certification, he will be personally responsible for any consequences-which may arise at any stage during course of study and thereafter.
7. All disputes will be settled subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
